2009 VMA Makeup Trends
Katie Perry- Silver corners, black smokey eye with winged out liner, and red lips.
Lauren Conrad- Light shadow, Dark liner all around the eye and natural lips.
Keri Hilson- Smokey eye, with soft brown in the crease to soften the shadow, with pale lips.
Beyonce- keeps it natural, golden eye shadows, soft eyeliner, and natural lipstick.
Cassie- Dark grey/ black smokey eye with natural lips.
Taylor Swift- old hollywood look, Light eye shadow, silver or white shimmer, black winged out liner, and red lips.
Alicia Keys- Winged liner and natural lips.

Jennifer Lopez- Golden/Brown Shadows, fresh look, natural lips.
NO EYEBROWS
I was flipping through the latest Harpers Bazaar magazine and saw almost every ad campaign using the newest trend, NO EYEBROWS. I love the look.
Go Blue!
I been looking through some magazines and it looks like everyone is going Blue! But you gotta keep it simple,pick one area to focus on. For your eyes, try blue mascara or blue eye liner wear it with a neutral lip color.
BET Awards Makeup Trends
Keri Hilson had brown smokey eye shadow with black winged out liner and white eyeliner in her water line, bronzy cheeks and natural lips. She looked gorgeous.
Ciara, her make up was very natural, very light shadow with no eyeliner making her lashes stand out, bronzy cheeks, and pale lips. 
Beyonce, I LOVE HER PERFORMANCE. She also had a bronzy look with very little eye makeup, kept it simple.
Alicia Keys, I loved her shadow it also was a smokey eye but her shadow winged out instead of just the eyeliner.
