Last year I turned myself into Cheshire Cat. But never had time to share the products I used.

Below is the florescent palette I used to get all the color on my face.

After using this palette, I also used Florescent eye shadows to set and

blend the face paint.

To get the bright colors for my hair I used:

Makeup Monday- Wearable Cut Crease

January 12, 2015

Hello Beauties!!

So I wanted to share with you how I do an easy daytime cut crease eye shadow. As I was going through instagram, youtube and other social media, all I could find was over the top Cut Crease Looks. I wanted to something more wearable for any day of the week whether you’re going to work or school, and it can easily transition into a night out look if you want to top it off with glitter.

Let me know what you think! As always, share your looks with us! #LAMakeupMonday

Holiday Waves

I love going through old photo because I find Gems like this.

Here is a tutorial I made last year on How to get Casual waves.

Perfect look for the Holidays.

Step 1. Grab about an inch of your hair

Step 2. Hold your iron upside down and start to wrap the hair around the wand.

Step 3. To get that casual wave, leave about 1-2 inches out of the curling iron.

Step 4. Hold your hair straight for about 15seconds.

Step 5.  Let your hair go.

Step 6: Brush your fingers through your hair, to soften up your curls.

Final look of your Casual Waves.

Have an amazing Day!

Pop Art Lips

May 29, 2014

Today I wanted to do something fun and different.

This is clearly just for fun and not something

someone would wear out for the day.

Step 1: Line your lips with a deep red liner.

Step 2: Fill in your lips with BESO lip gloss from Stila Cosmetics.

(this is a matte gloss that doesn’t transfer)

Step 3: with an angle brush line your lips with black eyeliner, I

used the black liner from Morphe.

Step 4: Color inside your lips with the same black liner.

Step 5: with Clown Cake from Ben Nye draw on a couple lines to make it cartoon like.

And there you have it, FUN Pop Art Lips!

I have a quick tutorial on my instagram check it out here.

see you in the next post.

Simple Smokey Eyes

May 13, 2014

Simple Smokey Eyes

Did you ever realize how easy it is to do a smokey eye?!

This is the best smokey eye technique when you have about 10-15min to get ready.

Plus look how much bigger it makes your eyes look!!!

You want to apply a primer all over your lid so the makeup could stay.

(you can apply a darker primer on your lower lid so the shadow comes on dark,

I usually use black liner and blend it in)  Using the Tarte Cosmetics Holiday Palette.

1. Using a flat brush you want to apply #1 on your lower lid

2. Then with a blending brush, blend #2 right onto your crease blending all the

colors together.

3. Using a flat brush use #3 right below your brow bone to highlight your eyes.

4. to get the smokeyness below your lower lash like you want to use a

black eyeliner in your water line.

5. Then with a pencil brush use the color #1 right below your lower lash line,

then with a stiffer  blending brush softly blend #4 right below #1.

6. Finish off the look with Tarte Cosmetics precision liner and #33 lashes from Salon Perfect.

I hope you enjoyed this quick and easy smokey eye!

Ill see you in the next post!

Warm tones vs Ash tones

March 11, 2014

Such a pleasure working with my client Jannie. She was so fun and I’m glad I got to know her as well as take care of her hair! Jannie is an amazing makeup artist, super driven, such a caring person and a wife and mother. When she came to me, she had long beautiful hair filled with warmer tones, old pieces of highlights. And she was ready for a change.

Her cut: She wanted to take up some length because she felt her hair was losing volume and fullness. So I took off a good 3-4 inches, added volume mainly in the back, not so much on her ends so it won’t be too thin.

Her color: well she wanted a change and showed me a picture I previously did with lots of blonde. So what’s the best thing I thought to do for a change? Cancel out the warmth, use more ash

Here’s the result. So beautiful!!

We love the result!!!

As I mentioned, she’s an amazing makeup artist and constantly educating her self with newest products and tools to beautify you!
