I find it challenging to keep all my cosmetics organized and was in search of the perfect storage for all of my hair and makeup tools together. Randomly searching on Craigslist I saw the cutest corner cabinet! I decided to use it as my cosmetic storage! And for the individual makeups I found these plastic drawers from target to keep them organized!

I know it’s still looks a bit messy in there but I love it!!

My first short hair style tutorial! It is so much easier with short hair for me. I wake up with an automatic style. For this look I decided to use a flat iron to curl.

1. Section hair
2. Grab a medium amount of hair and place the flat iron parallel to the floor .
3. With hair in the iron, you are going to flip the iron around “ribboning” the hair in the iron. The slower you ‘ribbon’ your hair the curlier the result

Try it out and play with the flat iron. Works great on long hair too!!

I normally do black eyeliner on my water line, but this morning I woke up wanting to do purple! I just got this purple eyeliner by Nabi at a local grocery store.  If you want to brighten up your daily makeup, try different colored liners on the bottom waterline! Purple also brings out the gold in your eyes!

Limit the use of hand sanitizers. I am guilty of this because I find sanitizers so convenient to use and kills a majority of germs.  But, it contains alcohol and that drys out your hands quickly, especially in winter weather.

Always have a moisturizer handy. In your purse, at work, your room, bathroom, car….
Choose a cream with glycerin to soften and urea to remove dead skin.

Our unpredictable cold, windy, rainy weather often leads to chapped lips. Avoid “flavored” lip balms, it may increase irritation by licking your lips

Exfoliate your lips at night with a toothbrush, I like to use baby toothbrushes. I mix sugar and a little bit of olive or grapeseed oil to use for brushing my lips.

I have been bored with my hair lately. I couldnt’ decide if i wanted to color it or just cut it! And with having long hair, or below my shoulders, I wanted a hair cut that would be noticeable. So initially I shaved one side, I know, that’s been done but I wanted to do it anyway. I was happy with the result but still wasn’t satisfied completely.  I knew that deep down inside Ive been wanting to just cut off my hair…. I mean cut it off… and I love it!
I still am planning on coloring it and go a little shorter next time.

It’s already December 1st, you know what that means…. Endless holiday parties, High heels, red lips, champagne, and that dress you’ve been waiting to wear . Plus that cute hair style would really complete the look.  Playing around with different hair styles adds so much more fun to this festive month. I think the bun has always been popular all through out the year and would be perfect for this holiday! Try different variations of it and dress it up with  more curls or add a clip.

The Ballerina Bun: A clean, classy look. To do this, brush up your hair and tie it where you want your bun to lay. With the excess hair, gather all together and roll into a bun. Bobby pin to secure
We recommend: Paul Mitchell Sculpting Foam to comb through your hair. Bumble and Bumble Shine Spray to finish

Mila Kunis The Undone Bun: To get the look, Create beachy curls by wrapping hair in a figure 8 around your iron while holding it vertically. Do a low, loose bun and push out some pieces in the front.

We Recommend: Bumble and Bumble thickening spray to set the hair while wet, and blowdry. Finish with Bumble and Bumble Does It All

Hayden Panettier The Textured Bun: Apply Curl foam while wet, use a diffuser to bring out natural curl. Loosely gather hair above nape and tie. Take loose curls and randomly pin around the tie.

We Recommend: Bumble and Bumble Curl Conscious Holding Foam while wet. Finish with Bumble and Bumble Spray de mode
