jaw dropping. fierce hair…fierce makeup… fierce cut

First, you want to make sure you use all matte colors, no shine for this look.
EYES:
Base: Painterly (MAC) all over lid
Lid: Blanc Type (MAC) all over the lid with a flat brush, pack it on.
Crease: Espresso (MAC) you really want to define your crease, from the outter corner to the inner corner. Use the 226 brush from MAC.
Lower Lid: Espresso (MAC) take a 219 brush, apply a light coat of espresso.
Cheeks:
Take a contour beige color and focus right below the cheek bones, so it can look like you have high cheek bones.
Lips:
sochaud lipstick from MAC, apply it lightly all over the lips.

A great client! We met about a year ago, and our goal was long, full hair. The process always seems longer to grow out your hair.
For her cut, I ‘air trim’ the ends, to freshen them up and add layers mostly in the back for the volume and easy lift for when she styles herself. Her fringe we’ve been doing the blunt bangs, which looks soo cute on her!
As for her color, we have been going close to black, not too black where she looks too pale and fake but a natural brown-black enough to emphasize her beautiful features!
Brief history on Jennifer: She is a loving mom, used to DJ and model, and a busy wife. When I say busy, she is booked running Groove Tickets. Who doesn’t love Groove tickets? They throw We the People Music Festival, Together as One, Mstrkrft…just a handful of what they do.
She didn’t know I was going to put this picture up but I just had too!
