Some of my few beauty tips is when my hair is staticy I use a dryer sheet to calm it down. I also make sure to wash my face every single night, take off all that make up. Going to sleep with make up on is not a good look! For dry lips I use honey and rub the dead skin off with salt. I grew up in Colorado so using remedies like these helped me a lot.
My name is Marcie and im 30. My beauty tip is Cheek tint, whenever im in a rush I simply use me cheek tint by Benefit and apply it to my cheek nose and lips. This makes it easy incase need to run to the store and have no time for full make-up. It gives you the rosy flushed look and bottom line its easy. I hope I win!!! I really love this basket!
XOXO My best beauty tip would be moisturize, moisturize, moisturize even if your skin is oily, just find the right moisturizer for your skin type…Muy importante!
I have sooooo many beauty tips, but I would say that my favourite beauty tip is that if you find it hard to even your skin tone and/or get rid of spots try:
- Washing face twice a day (morning and night duh) with Witch Hazel skincare products. The Witch Stick is one of the best and can be applied whenever and you can use as much as you want (as it states on the stick)
- Then use moisturiser, preferably,Shea and Cocoa Butter can even out skin complexion also (although shea has been known to effectively get rid of marks more – which explains why it’s more effective). DON’T USE TO MUCH OR YOUR SKIN WILL END UP OILY!

Beauty Tip: Every day/night as soon as you get out of the shower apply natural aloe vera gel to skin (Mothers $4)Apply immediately while pores are still open to moisturization! You will notice smoother skin within 1st week : )
hey ladies! If your clients need a massage let me know my studio is in Glendora
Amazing Makeup!!!!!
Hey Alana………
my beauty tip: jojoba oil! a little goes a long way. great for hair, cuticles and even on the most sensitive faces as a make-up remover or added to nightly moisturizer.
ariel, 32 years old,
Make ur eyes POP with a lil’ eye brightener or light concealer under ur lids! I put enuff to make a small moon shape underneath from one eye end to the other. It easily makes u look nice n’ bright and ready to start ur day or evening. And let’s not forget, ur pics come out great with that camera flash!
LadyArt ROCKS!
XOXO!

My beauty tip: To brighten and emphasize the lips and cheeks, I use Benefit’s Benetint. The rose stain not only lasts all day, but it moisturizes my otherwise chapped lips. That’s pretty much the only makeup I use along with a top-notch mascara. Simple and effective…and as the saying goes: “Less is More!”

My best beauty tip? Moisturize!! Living in NYC, winter is harsh on my sensitive skin — my face gets very dry, especially my eyelids and forehead. I moisturize my face after I wash it. I’ve also been applying cocoa butter cream to my dry facial spots at night and it has worked wonders!
What an awesome giveaway, ladies! Those are some of my favorite things! I love the Escada perfume and have been dying to try Moroccan Oil! Here’s hoping I win!

My beauty tip: Always exfoliate lips at least once a week. Use a warm wet washcloth and dip it in some brown (or white!) sugar and gently massage your lips in a circular motion. Rinse your lips off, dry them off, and then apply a moisturizing lip balm (preferably a petroleum free lip balm!) and let your lips soak it in. Best to do this before bed, and you’ll wake up with sugar soft lips! This will help lipgloss, and lip color that you wear throughout the weak apply smoother and last long!
Wow, this would be amazing to win! I’m so excited that Moroccan Hair Oil is included, I’ve been wanting to try that stuff so badly. My hair could seriously use it.

Beauty tip: Instead of wasting so much on make up eye remover use vaseline to remove eye make-up as well as using it around your stretch marks throughout your body to reduce the look of stretch marks. Another tip would be the use of olive oil. Olive oil is the STUFF! mix 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup vinegar and 1/4 cup water apply to your face for a good 15 mins and rinse of. It will definitely make your face feel like a babys bum. it lightens your discoloration and makes it smooth
also avocado on your hair but im sure you’ve heard of that before!
oh and if ladies out there have dark armpits, scrub them with a slice a lime!
My name is Renee. I’m 27 years old and my best beauty tip is using Vaseline for multiple purposes. Softening feet, makeup removal, lipgloss, you name it. Thanks for the great contest
My favorite beauty tip by far would be to not be afraid to add pops of color and gloss to the lips!! I have big, full lips and I think thats the best feature to emphasize. Try using reds and plums to make those natural beautys stand out and look kissable! Also, MAC lipglass is the perfect product to add shine to lips while also giving it color.
Color makes the world go round!
Beauty Tip: HONEY CLEANSER! Cleansing is the most important step in the skin care process. Breaking down all the dirt and makeup from your face is very important in helping prevent any breakouts and keeping a nice, well balanced complexion. The honey cleanser, which is a mixture of castile soap and 1 teaspoon of honey, does just that! When mixed, the honey and castile soap create a thick solution that lathers up great. It’s gentle enough to rub over your (closed) eyes and tough enough to remove dirt and makeup from your face. I highly recommend this cleanser for all skin types! Plus its all natural, no harsh chemicals =)

Always, ALWAYS use sunscreen! Doesn’t matter if it’s -20F, your skin must be protected at all times. Oh & moisturize too. Great skin is a MUST!
I’ve heard alot of great things about Moroccan Oil. Ahhhh! Thanks for the chance ladies!
xo
honestly i don’t know a lot about make up and stuff. The most important tip i can give is to love yourself the way you are. Feel comfortable in your skin. When you dont need make up, don’t wear it, let your natural beauty shine.
My beauty tip is for self arching eyebrows. I bought an eye brow kits last year and when i ran out i resorted to Nads body wax strips. First you want to make sure your face is clean. Then cut the strips so that when you put the on your eyebrows it is automatically arched, like the typically waxer would so. you can them clean up any left over hairs with a tweezer.
When perfected this tip will save you HUNDREDS of dollars.
if you have any doubts you can look at my eyebrows on my twitter they r fierce!

Beauty Tip: Lemon Refresher Astringent. This homemade astringent is great for balancing oily skin and it’s also very calming to the skin so there’s no irritation. Mix the juice from half of a lemon and a 1/4 cup of witch hazel for this simple, yet awakening formula! A good friend of mine used this recipe and he loved it! It’s great for guys too! He said that it helped with the size of his pores, making them less visible!
*witch hazel can be purchased at your local drug store for around $5-$9!

My best beauty tip is to highlight. MAC’s msf works great because it has a soft sheen. Apply to your cheekbones, under your brow arch, and the bridge of your nose

favorite beauty tip – USE BABYPRODUCTS! Use baby lotion to moisturize eyes before any eye makeup application. It makes eyeliner glide on better and also keeps your eyes looking refreshed! also remove makeup with babywipes! the aloe in the babywipes will make your skin feel clean and soft!
My best beauty tip is that before you worry about makeup and all that other stuff … make sure that you take care of your skin!
Yeah, you can cover up blemishes and pimples, but wouldn’t you rather just not have them at all? Wash your face with a gentle cleanser or exfoliator (I like Lush’s stuff) twice a day, and always remove your makeup at night!
Treat your skin right, because you’re gonna have it your whole life!
My best beauty tip is to exfoliate your lips at least once a week. It’s great to keep them feeling soft with lip balm, but once a week give them a good scrub with a lip exfoliator (I use Mary Kay’s Satin Lips)….
You’ll have amazing kissable lips all the time!!!
I love the tips! SO needed I have no make up skills whatsoever. ha . . .

Beauty tips: for Oily skin, pure vitamin E oil everyday right out of the shower. Oil cuts Oil ya’ll.
For Dry skin, aloa vera right out of the shower.
Sun Screen! Sun Screen! happiness and positivity.
Make up tip: No powder. just a good balanced foundation. Powder sets in the fine lines and can make you look more “experienced” then you truly are.

My one beauty secret is baking soda.. I use is as an exfoliator as well as a tooth whitener… For an exfoliator i use about 2 teaspoons, enough to make a paste, and gently rub my face in small cicular motions. For my teeth i simply dip my tooth brush in it and brush away! It’s inexpensive and it really works!

Best Beauty Tip: JoJoBa Oil from trader joes. Massage that oil into your scalp and start a good day. FYI you can also use it as a lotion for your body and use it to remove make-up. Best part about it’s only $2 a bottle and it’s all natural.
Best Beauty Tip: Drink water all day long.
Best Beauty Tip: For curly hair, to avoid more damage, blow-dry hair with heat protectant before curling.
i love lady art…. and dimepiece………….
I would love to win this! My name’s Deanna, I’m 22 & mt best beauty tip is: Make sure your eyebrows are well groomed & shaped properly, it makes a huge difference in your face!

best beauty tip: to put mascara on without getting it on the upper eyelids, use a business card to put between the lashes and lid as you smooth on the mascara. Any excess mascara will transfer to the paper and not you!

Tip: Get good consistent sleep every single night. Nothing makes you look more washed out than being tired.
My best beauty tip would be to moisturize at least 10 minutes before adding your foundation or else when you do go to add your foundation, it won’t last as long. So let your moisturizer soak into your skin for a little while before going to apply your foundation or else it’ll rub right off!
apply cover stick lightly to your upper brow, it helps eye shadows stay all day

The best tip ever….and its a fact…for every night that you go to bed without cleansing your face your skin ages 10 days!! So my suggestion is to wash off the days dirt off your face with a simple face wash (lately I’ve had my entire family on trader’ joe’s Tea Tree Oil face wash)…quick and clean!!
On days when i’ve overslept or am too drunk/lazy to wash my face, I’ll use baby wipes to clean off dirt and makeup. When my hair is unruly and I’m in a hurry, I will put hair serum like bio oil in my hair and twist into sections. I’ll also use baby powder as a dry shampoo when my hair/scalp feels oily. And to clean up dry looking cuticles-use vitamin E oil or even olive oil!
Hi my name is lizzy I’m 21 years old from San Jose California.
My beauty tip is for the ladies that use nail polish religiously
Before applying anything to your nails, even the cuticle oil…grab a lemon make sure you don’t have any cuts because it’ll sting and squeeze he lemon juice over the nails and continue scrubbing for 3-5 min. The lemon juice will help keeps nails clean and white, a lot of times too much nail polish makes our nails look yellow so the juice will prevent that from happening I recommend doing it at least once a week.

My best beauty secret is making sure I protect my skin from the sun. I wear a sunscreen of 30 EVERYDAY all over my face. I also cover up with sunglasses and a big hat whenever I know I will be exposed to the suns rays.
