Natural Remedies for Dry Skin

On the Skin:  mix uncooked oatmeal and plain yougurt for an exfoliating, hydrating paste. The oatmeal acts as the exfoliant to remove dry skin and the yougurt does the moisturizing. You can mix as little oatmeal with yougurt or as much (for extra scrubbing)

For the Health: drink plenty of water!  Avoid alcohol, caffeine, packaged foods and tabacco-skin dehydrators

For the bath:  Fill the tub with warm water and add whole milk or butter milk. Soak for a bit and let the proteins in milk moisturize your skin
